"I got a new car and this place doubled my rate. I switched insurance, I was told my old insurance would be canceled. Guess what? They billed me for the next two months. I then called to cancel on the phone and was told I would receive a confirmation email. Which I never received because no one ever sent it. Insurance companies ALL operate based on the fact that single human beings won’t fight back. Every single person who works for an insurance company makes their money because other people died and they don’t want to pay for it."

"Great agent and wonderful staff who are always willing to go the extra mile for their clients. Very good at answering emails and phone calls in a timely matter, if you don't understand something they go above and beyond to help you understand. Been with State Farm for over 40 years. Our first agent retired then we switched to another sf agent who only seemed interested in pushing coverage we didn't need and couldn't afford and could never get any answers from that agent. So we switched everything to Melissa's Agency and have been very pleased with her and her agencies professionalism and we always know they are there when we need them. "I have been with State Farm for years and think they are a great company. I've had an OK experience with this agency. I have been with Melissa's agency from 2018 through 2022, when I moved out of state. Whenever interacting with someone, it was a positive experience. Employees are friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. However, I find it hard to get in contact with someone over phone or email. For example, I have called during business hours and the call is forwarded to a generic State Farm answering service. I have called and emailed before without response. This hasn't happened just once or twice, but multiple times over the years."
